GPC Asia Pacific First Nations Strategy

Inclusion, belonging and diversity are part of our fabric here at Genuine Parts Company. We’re marking this Reconciliation Week by proudly launching our new GPC Asia Pacific First Nations Strategy, an aspirational multi-year journey dedicated to fostering meaningful awareness across our business and customers of First Nations communities and creating opportunities for First Nations communities within our industry. Check out this video where GPC Asia Pacific Chief People Officer, Aileen Hayes and Motion Asia Pacific CEO, Heath Fitzpatrick share more about our First Nations Strategy. We’re also proud to share our First Nations Strategy for you to read here:

Art is a uniquely powerful form of storytelling. As part of our GPC Asia Pacific First Nations Strategy launch, we commissioned special artwork from Presten Warren, a 24-year old Indigenous artist and proud Wirangu/Dieri/Kokatha/Mirning/Arabana man. Presten’s artwork, ‘Constellation’, forms the visual anchor of our First Nations Strategy, telling the story of our diverse community working together at Genuine Parts Company, how we lead and how we navigate our industry landscape. We invite you to see the creation story of Constellation come to life in this video:
